Our group is primarily focused on the development of new methods and catalysts for chemical synthesis.  

• We are inspired by the unique selectivity of reactive intermediates that contain unpaired electrons to forge new chemical bonds.
• We are driven to create synthetic methods that intrinsically minimize by-products, waste, and overall energy consumption.
• We are focused on uncovering the physical organic and inorganic properties of our methods in order to harness them for further discovery.
